Sprout - AI Job Search 是 Magnifex 面向求职者的 Android 应用，让 AI 代理替你搜索职位并投递，而不是整天自己刷招聘板。2.0.14 版支持用 Apple、Google 或邮箱/密码登录，同一账号可在手机和对应的网页客户端上通用。登录后，向导会依次收集求职状态、目标职位名称与类型、最低薪资、工作地点（现场岗位选城市，全国范围搜索选国家）、经验级别，以及公民身份、退伍军人和残障状态等 EEO 字段；引导流程接着要求上传简历，并提供 AI 简历、AI 求职信和 AI 外联三个开关。首页是个性化匹配的滑动卡片堆，每天都有新职位加入；右滑的卡片会进入“申请”标签页，用户在这里审阅 AI 撰写的简历和求职信、回答简历空档问题，之后才由 Sprout 提交。个人资料页包含职业蓝图（概述、技能、工作经历、教育、证书、语言）、已保存的搜索、文档、工作区、Gmail 连接（让招聘方的回复进入带标签的收件箱；若断开 Gmail，则改用代理邮箱），以及 LinkedIn 外联资格。额度按申请计量——凡是需要一次成功搜索的申请，每个额外消耗一个额度——并配有应用内提醒和支持。英文文案和美式 EEO 引导流程表明，这是一款面向美国白领求职的细分应用，而不是高流量的公共招聘板。

嵌套的 job_applications 记录带着职位的 jobTitle 与 companySize、以 source_resume_id 为键的定制简历、求职信、job_fit_factors，以及简历空档 qa_items——其 change_proposals 会写回 workExperience。资格补丁会填上 citizenshipStatus 与 disabilityStatus，申请才能离开审阅；对外投递成功会打上 submittedAt 并扣减 remainingCredits，职位过期则退还那次成功搜索消耗的额外额度。已保存的搜索既接受单个查询字符串，也接受最多五条 queries，并配合 workLocations 与 jobTypes，范围限定在 active_professional_profile_id 指向的职业蓝图。

教练看板、简历空档收件箱和招聘回复 CRM 都读取这条流水线——从审阅到提交、Gmail 中带雇主标签的 unread 计数、LinkedIn 外联的 eligible——openData Studio 把它转换为可调用的开放数据。

Sprout 的求职申请记录包含哪些内容？

每条 job_applications 记录嵌套 jobs 职位和 job_locations、定制的 resumes（source_resume_id 指向上传的 PDF）、cover_letters、job_application_events，以及带 job_fit_factors、qa_items 和 profile_change_proposals 的 job_application_analyses。

Sprout 如何对求职者进行认证？

登录支持邮箱/密码、Google 或 Apple。之后的调用发送 Authorization: Bearer 以及 API-key 请求头；同一账号也可登录对应的网页客户端。

申请额度是如何计费的？

remainingCredits 对右滑投递进行计量。客户端文案说明，一次成功的搜索会为每个申请额外消耗一个额度，职位过期则会退回该额度。

招聘方的回复显示在哪里？

连接 Gmail 之后，“邮件”标签页会读取收件箱计数。回复会在求职者的 Gmail 中按申请打上标签；断开 Gmail 后，新的申请会改用代理（Sprout 提供的）邮箱地址。
