About openData Studio
openData Studio is a specialist app-data integration studio. You name a target app and the data or actions you need; we deliver a clean, documented integration — as runnable source code you operate, or as a hosted API billed per call. Alongside client work we maintain a public analysis log: one page per app documenting the endpoints, authentication and data fields behind popular apps.
What we do
Every engagement starts with the cleanest available access path. Where the target app ships an official open-data API — or a licensed third-party data interface exists — we integrate through it. For apps with no open interface, we supplement with protocol analysis under the agreed scope. The result is a documented integration layer, delivered in one of two commercial shapes: per-app (a fixed quote from USD 500, source code and interface docs after acceptance) or per-call (a hosted API we operate, billed by volume). Either way, the integration covers exactly the data fields and actions in your statement of work.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same shape: a fixed quote before work begins, a typical one-to-two-week build, and a packaged API for end-to-end testing before any handoff. On the per-app track, full source code ships after acceptance and payment; on the per-call track, you receive production credentials and a usage dashboard instead.
The line we hold
We take on authorized, licensed use cases under a written statement of work — account aggregation with customer consent, reconciliation, treasury sync, market research and similar. We do not do unsolicited scraping of third-party systems. On the per-app track we never host your data: the integration runs under your credentials, in your environment.
Corrections
App internals change with every release. The public analysis pages are snapshots of specific app versions — treat older entries as a point-in-time view. Client integrations include a re-validation pass: if an app update breaks a mapping, we re-scope the surface and patch it.
