Mi Claro Ecuador is Claro Ecuador's official self-care app (on-device label Mi Claro), América Móvil's subscriber client in Ecuador for prepaid and postpaid mobile lines plus home internet and TV under the same login. After splash and sign-in — a one-time code on the line, a saved session, or the phone's biometrics — the home screen opens on saldo tiles, voice and data bags, the current plan, extra lines and services, and any open boleta. Subscribers pay or top up, buy national and roaming packages, gift a pack, switch roaming, read call history, change plan, manage paperless bills, reset a cable modem's Wi-Fi, book an in-store turn, and keep a profile with personal data. It serves Claro Ecuador customers nationwide, sitting next to Tigo Ecuador (the former Movistar Ecuador network) and CNT in the same carrier self-care slot.

USD prepaid buckets on the selected line split currentBalance, bonusBalance and periodicBalance, each stamped with validTillDateCurrent, validTillDateBonus or validTillDatePeriodic and tagged BalanceType against AccountID and ServiceID. Associated mobile and home products hang off the same login via accountID, serviceID, contractID, lob, planName, planType, profileType and roleType, with dueDate, total and currency.
