How do health FNOL and payout verification work?

Are e-challan and FASTag on the same session?

How does the app authenticate?

SMS OTP to mobileNumber (auto-read on the device) mints an accessToken kept in the app's secure storage. Later calls send Authorization: Bearer; policy PDF downloads also forward the web session cookie.
